Just wanted to convey my overwhelming satisfaction with the Iblast card.As you recall, I had already committed to a marketing plan for 2008 when you and Carolyn came to see me in November but I promised you I would be on board by January 2009.
On board we are!So many customers are so pleased to see the Iblast sign at the counter and the targeted offer made through your service has been responsible for additional sales in a historically slow month for my business.This week’s Iblast exclusive coupon announcing additional savings for Iblast members has been nothing short of remarkable.My guess is that nearly ¾ of my sales so far this week have been generated by the association with the card.Granted, the offer was very generous and involved quality merchandise, but the response has been better than hoped for and there was no cost to market the message!!!
You and Carolyn have done so much to keep business in town and to promote New Canaan.I know that you hold a special place in all of our hearts for your efforts and I thank you as a merchant and as a Town of New Canaan Selectman.
